Do you offer a guarantee?
No pest control can guarantee you'll never see another bug, but we can guarantee we will do everything we responsibly can to keep your home safe and pest free. Though rare, if you do see bug activity between services, we are happy to come back and re-service your home at NO cost.
Do you have long contracts?
As a matter of fact, we hate long contracts as much as you do. We stand by the quality of our work and think you'll be extremely happy. If for any reason you need to cancel, all we ask is that you give us a some notice, say enough time for us to provide one last service.
How much experience do you have?
All of our programs, services, and technicians are managed and overseen by Ben Bowles. Ben has over 22 years of experience in the pest control industry, most of which is here in Arizona. When it comes to making sure your home is serviced in a safe and effective way, you can have peace of mind knowing you are getting the best possible service and protection for your home.
Are the products you use safe?
You and your family matter to us. We take care to use premium, safe, organically-based products and services in and around your home. However, you should allow our products about 30 minutes to dry before letting your children and furry friends out to play. Even essential oil products can be hard on kids in a concentrated liquid form.
